Hi! I'm Bethany. I'm just starting on my weight-loss journey.
Here's my brief weight synopsis. At my best I was 145 in high school. I'm 5'7", so that was pretty good. I have fat legs, and always will, so I thought I was overweight then. Silly me! I wore a size small top and a 8/10 pants. My heaviest was 260 at the end of a pregnancy. Whew! That's a big difference. If you're curious, you can read how I got fat at this post. Right now I'm at 240 and so excited to lose this darn weight!
Inhale, exhale... then keep moving! I'm still cheering you on!

You're still heading in the right direction! I gained 3 lbs a week ago and lost that plus some when I went back on the program. You can do it!
